Street Art, Chicago, 2006
I was in Chicago April of 2006 for the annual art festival "Version".
While there I put up some new street art.... here are some pics:
The last photo shows a new painting of mine installed at the Version fest exhibiton.
To create the piece, I did a series of Rorschach inpired ink blots and then
maniputlated one in Photoshop to add and subtract images of undersea animals
throughout the composition. I'm interested in the ideas of perception and memory,
especially related to my own Scuba diving experiences.
